Junior Research Consultant (JRC)

Description:

Running field trips to all potential project
Daily liaison and networking with leaders of companies providing architectural and engineering design services for building and construction projects
Making proactive outbound calls and visits to source and gather reliable and useful information on the construction industry
Input raw data to the system
Positions based in Jakarta, Bandung, Denpasar, Medan, Makassar, Balikpapan, (training in Jakarta head office)

Requirements:

Diploma degree with excellent results
Technical background (Civil Engineering, Architect, industrial etc.)
Good knowledge in construction projects
Good relation with all construction players (Developer, Architects, Engineers, Contractors)
Dynamic, self-motivated, and result-oriented
Possess strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills (written and verbal)
Fluent in English, both oral and written
Computer literacy of Microsoft Office
Having good communication skill, good personality and interpersonal skill
Previous experiences in a market or social research environment would be an added advantage
Having experience in campus journalism (campus bulletin or magazine) is an advantage
